so ive waited till all the new year lets give up smoking etc etc diehards are back on double the amount they were on before to try give up smoking.I got the patches and at the time of writing this i have one smoke left with no more in the house.I dont know how hard or easy it will be but i got to give it a go.so anyhow start tomorrow morning with the first patch,i'll report on how i go....arrghhh
